Maintenance

Tower climbing is one of the most dangerous jobs in the world and we take extra steps and precautions to ensure our crews are safe:

​

  • Our full-time safety manager is dedicated to ensuring adherence to federal regulations and company safety policies

  • In-house CITCA Authorized Climber, Competent Climber, and Tower Rescue Training to all field employees

  • Employee training for RF safety, rigging, proper man-lift operation, and electrical safety

  • Weekly safety briefs and daily toolbox talks

  • Daily Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) to identify potential onsite issues, reviewed with all members of the crew prior to working on a site

  • Daily inspections of climbing gear

About

CAREERS

Now Hiring Experienced Technicians

Position: Tower Technicians

​

  • One (1) year or more in general construction, electrical, technical or mechanical experience

  • Good physical condition and stamina

  • Ability to climb heights greater than 200 feet

  • Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions

  • Demonstrated safe driving record

  • Ability to work independently under limited supervision

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized with strong attention to detail

  • Self-starter, team player, results oriented

  • Prior climbing experience preferred – willing to train the right candidate

​

Position: Lead Tower Technicians

​

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience

  • Strong safety values and safety leadership skills

  • Broad knowledge of tower construction methods and safe work practices

  • Broad knowledge of safe rigging practices required with tower work

  • Ability to perform and train others in all construction department skills and tasks

  • Read and understand engineering drawings, sweeps, and specifications

  • Ability to prepare all types of required internal paperwork (schedules, daily reports, photo labeling, etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability to safely climb, maneuver, and position oneself in the most complicated situations

  • Computer literate

  • Good communications skills

  • Well versed in all cellular technologies
